Overview

One of life’s great experiences is an opportunity to live and work in what is perhaps the world’s most vibrant and cultured cities. Too frequently, though, the thrill of Berlin is tempered by the reality of the crazy Berlin temporary rental market. Searching for temporary housing in the most exciting Berlin neighborhoods often results in a parade of tiny, dark “affordable” apartments, or else more livable apartments at luxury prices.

If your next adventure takes you to Berlin, perhaps you’d like to rent our apartment there? It is an entirely new corner unit in an Altbau that was completely renovated in 2016. All-new furnishings and a 3.2 meter (10.5 ft.) high ceiling make this an airy, sunlit oasis overlooking charming Petersburger Platz and its historic Pfingstkirche.

Our 118 square meter (1270 sq. ft.) 4-room apartment features a sleek new gourmet kitchen, two full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and an abundance of closet space and storage. The Study can be used as a private office, a formal dining room for 10 or more guests, or a third bedroom.

Everything you need is already here. We have fresh linens, all your cooking and serving utensils, dishes, glasses, and silverware. Each bedroom has a spacious Schrank. There is a 4K flat-screen television and hi-speed WiFi.

The building has a new elevator, and the building entrance is just steps away from the sleek and silent M10 Tram that is the backbone for getting around Mitte and the hotspots of the former East Berlin. A variety of neighborhood restaurants and businesses await at your doorstep, and a brief walk or a fast tram ride will take you to chic Prenzlauer Berg, vibrant Viehhof, charming Samariter Viertal, or hip Boxhagener Platz.

“Perfect for work with a bright workspace, deluxe furniture, and generous space. And perfect for play, located near restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Charming neighborhood, convenient shopping!  Looking forward to our next stay.”  –Thorsten and Kari, October 2020
